Test Development Engineer
Veoneer Sweden AB is an electronics company that develops and manufactures active safety applications in passenger cars. Where mainly active radar and camera-based safety systems for passenger cars are produced. They work in the cutting edge of technology in an international environment with exciting challenges in technology, product development and production. There are a high demand for their products and they grow sharply. Veoneer is together with Dfind Science & Engineering therefore looking for additional employees for the production plant in Vårgårda.
As a Test Engineer at Veoneer, you will be in the process within the industrialization of radar and camera end mounting. You will be part of a team that have the responsibility to design, introduce and optimize fully automated test processes in high volume production flows.
The team will work with test methods and equipment specifications, programming, design, verification, commissioning, documentation and continuous optimization.
You will be involved throughout the production process, both component and system tests with various equipment like robots, optics and sensors.
Veoneer works in an international environment with exciting challenges in technology, product development and production. Together with colleagues from the Production plant in Vårgårda and design center in Lowell, USA, you will work to ensure product productivity.
Location: Vårgårda
Employment: Fulltime as Consultant via Dfind Science & Engineering with great possibility to a permanent employment at Veoneer.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a university graduate in electronics, data or programming. In this role you need knowledge and a great interest in C-programming. In addition you also need fluency knowledge in English, both in speech and writing.
It is an advantage if you got experience in testing and automation, software development related to hardware and basic understanding of production and process development. It is beneficial if you previously worked in production and/or vision and have a great interest in software.
As a person you should be driven and have a great desire to learn. You should like the challenge to solve problems, work independently under pressure and be meticulous with the details.
