Som Process Engineer i vårt Industrial Engineering?team arbetar du med våra automatiserade maskiner och processer inom test och montering av avancerade kameror. Du driver förbättringar, utvecklar arbetssätt och säkerställer att både befintliga och nya produktionslösningar håller högsta nivå vad gäller stabilitet, effektivitet och kvalitet.
En viktig del av rollen är att arbeta med Active Alignment?processer, där optik och sensor aktivt justeras och optimeras för att uppnå högsta möjliga precision i våra kamerasystem.
I rollen samarbetar du tätt med både produktion och utveckling för att analysera data, optimera processer och implementera nya produkter och maskinplattformar.
Rollen kräver teknisk förståelse och ett nära samarbete med utvecklings? och produktionsteam för att skapa robusta och skalbara lösningar. Du har även återkommande kontakt med internationella leverantörer för att utveckla, uppgradera och installera ny utrustning i produktionen.
Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter:
• Identifiera och genomföra förbättringar inom automatiserade produktionsprocesser
• Arbeta med utveckling, optimering och stabilisering av Active Alignment?processer
• Analysera produktionsdata och föreslå tekniska lösningar för ökad robusthet och prestanda
• Delta i industrialiseringsprojekt för nya produkter och maskiner
• Samarbeta med internationella leverantörer vid maskinuppgraderingar och nya installationer
• Säkerställa framtidssäkra processer genom teknisk utveckling och optimering

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har:
• Erfarenhet av industrialisering av produktionsutrustning
• Erfarenhet av automatiserad produktion
• Kunskaper i Python, C#, LabView och dataanalys
• Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
• Meriterande: Grundläggande optisk kunskap inom test, alignment eller Active Alignment
• Högskole- eller universitetsutbildning inom teknik, exempelvis Engineering eller Engineering Physics

What you will do
As the Digitalization Lead for the plant, you will be your responsibility to drive and support the organization toward the vision of Industry 4.0 and beyond, providing the foundation for world-class efficiency and zero defects.

You will be a member of the Engineering Management team which has the responsibility to ensure current and future operational efficiency, both in manufacturing and support functions. All based on data processing into clear usable information that gives us a competitive edge.

What you will do
As Process developer within Active Alignment, your work will be to develop and improve the process of Active Alignment and its sub processes, e.g.sensor Test, Surface Cleaning, Glue Dispensing, mechanical interfaces, and automation controls.
You will be taking lead in the process development to increase the performance of existing equipment’s together with a team of engineers within Active Alignment and other processes. What you'll do?
We’re now looking for a Senior Engineer within Technical Cleanliness who will be our Global Process Owner. Your main mission will be to take ownership by defining, implementing and improving a global process to achieve world class performances.

You will lead the design, development and validation of our processes at our “Lead Manufacturing Plants” globally and drive our Global Problem-Solving activities.

You will also secure processes are in compliance to our Global standards and setup systemic corrective actions plans to all manufacturing plants to support
Veoneer´s 1P1P. You will also have a strategic responsibility to propose new process and technology development directions to our Global Engineering and Global Manufacturing departments.

Cleaning processes at Veoneer: Wet, Air, Co2 and Plasma cleaning of automotive electronics parts, also including support and guidance for general manufacturing facility and clean room cleanliness.

In addition, you will:

- Secure processes compliancy to International standards at all Veoneer manufacturing plants

- Lead global standardization (one product, one process concept) activities and deployment and support launches and validation
- Support Electronics entities with expertise during developments, projects and running production
- Define, implement and continuously improve our colleagues experience within your area, but also support in customer meetings/audits
- Manage and support “Lead Plant” engineers in designing, developing and validating new processes and equipment
- Propose strategic direction and roadmap of product assembly technical cleanliness


You will support, communicate and guide local experts in our lead manufacturing site that have already have good knowledge about Technical Cleanliness.

About the role

Du kommer ansvara för effektiviseringen och samtidigt säkerställa kvalitet för vår Digital Test process, samt supporta våra processägare med att lösa dagliga problem. Detta genom bland annat Boundary Scan Tes, In-Circuit Test (ICT) samt Flash programmering. Du kommer arbeta med övergripande kvalitetsfrågor och riskanalyser, samt arbeta med förbättringar och rationaliseringar för våra verktyg, processer och workflow.

För att klara av rollen tror vi att du:

- Minst har en teknisk gymnasieutbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet

- Kunskap av Boundary Scan Test, ICT samt Flash programmering

- God allmän teknik/maskin-kunskap

- Har förståelse för hur processer fungerar och vilka parametrar som påverkar process resultatet

- Mycket goda kunskaper i Engelska, i både tal och skrift
- Kunskap inom Lean Production
- Kunskap inom FMEA och Styrplan

Digital Engineer
Veoneer Sweden AB is an electronics company that develops and manufactures active safety applications in passenger cars. Where mainly active radar and camera-based safety systems for passenger cars are produced. They work in the cutting edge of technology in an international environment with exciting challenges in technology, product development and production. There are a high demand for their products and they grow sharply. Veoneer is together with Dfind Science & Engineering therefore looking for additional employees for the production plant in Vårgårda.

As a Digital Test Engineer at Veoneer, you will be working with the industrialization of radar and camera with focus on developing the Structural tests i.e. Boundary Scan Test, In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Flash-programming. You will be part of a team that have the responsibility to design, introduce and optimize fully automated test processes in high volume production flows.

The team will work with test methods and equipment specifications, programming, design, verification, commissioning, documentation and continuous optimization.

Veoneer works in an international environment with exciting challenges in technology, product development and production. Together with colleagues from the Production plant in Vårgårda and design center in Linköping & Lowell, USA, you will work to ensure product productivity.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a university graduate in electronics, data or programming. In this role you need knowledge and a great interest in testing of Microprocessors, Boundary scan testing and/or ICT.

In addition you also need fluency knowledge in English, both in speech and writing.

As a person you should be driven and have a great desire to learn. You should like the challenge to solve problems, work independently under pressure and be meticulous with the details.
