As a Supply Chain Planner, you will either be responsible for material planning or production and customer order planning to ensure customer deliveries and supply of materials according to customer demand and minimum stock levels and maintain a good delivery service level. The goal is to deliver efficient, effective and quality based solutions to meet our production requirements. To reach this goal you will work in a team collaborating closely with our production, as well with our suppliers or customers.
Other responsibilities includes continuous improvements of planning process and work instructions in order to improve operational performance such as On Time Delivery (inbound/outbound), Inventory Turnover and OEE.
Your responsibilities:
Ensure customer deliveries
Secure supply of material
Identify and drive inbound delivery deviations according to demands
Continuously proactively communicate status update of deliveries (inbound/outbound) and production plan to stakeholders
Monitor and act on supplier/production flow performance

What you will do

As Senior Supply Chain Planner, you will be demand responsible and escalation point towards key customer for our plant in Vårgårda but also be process developer for the Planning Process.

Other main activities will be to collect sales and market updates and breakdown Global forecast to capacity demand.

As a Logistics Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible to ensure the plant´s logistical ability to keep up serial production in case of product changes or material shortages.

We will introduce changes into production in an effective and quality-based manner. To achieve this, you will be part of the Logistics Projects and Maintenance team and work closely together with Veoneer production, serial logistics, NPPI, purchasing and development maintenance.

Som Logistik Ingenjör ansvarar du för In och utleveransprocessen till vårt nya moderna produktionslager samt säkerställer att kundkraven (tranportdokument, packinstruktion, märkning etc) uppfylls.

Vad du tar med dig!
Vi ser att du har en utbildning med inriktning mot logistik, samt att du har flera års arbetslivserfarenhet av projektarbete, helst inom logistik och lager, samt relevant IT erfarenhet, (WMS)

Du är kommunikativ och kan förmedla information till organisationens alla intressenter. Med ditt driv, nyfikenhet och analystiska förmåga finner du lösningar på ständigt varierande utmaningar. Dina tidigare erfarenheter har gett dig goda kunskaper i Kanbanprincipen, FIFO och WMS.

Additionally, your responsibility also includes working with overall continuous improvements and supporting the Logistics Department achieve its long-term targets, primarily regarding inventory levels and stock turnover.

Your main responsibilities:

- Lead the work to ensure material availability for serial production
- Communicate material availability with different stakeholders and escalate when necessary
- Ensure correct level of component inventory
- Monitor supplier performance
- Material planning to the suppliers
- Develop tools and work processes to support an effective material planning
- Actively work with continuous improvement of working methods within both your own area and general logistics

Level (diploma) required:

- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Engineering or Accounting degrees

Other required skills:

- Experience from Supply Chain Planning, especially within electronic component sourcing
- Good knowledge in English both written and verbal
- High IT-knowledge, experience with Movex is highly merited
- Knowledge in the Veoneer product line is merited
