As a Production Quality Technician, you will be working in a cross-functional production team where you will represent the quality process at the plant. Your main focus in this role will be to lead and develop the quality process within SMT area.

You will work proactively and support the production with problem solving and improvement related to the quality process. To do this, you will in addition, follow up production results related to internal errors and rejects and drive improvements.

You will also work with continues improvements and verification of processes together with the team according to legal, local and global standards. Performing internal process audits will also be a part of your work. This means that you will drive internal processes related to quality improvements, deviations as well as customer returns.

What you will do

As Process developer within Active Alignment, your work will be to develop and improve the process of Active Alignment and its sub processes, e.g. sensor Test, Surface Cleaning, Glue Dispensing, mechanical interfaces, and automation controls.

You will be taking lead in the process development to increase the performance of existing equipment’s together with a team of engineers within Active Alignment and other processes. As the point of contact towards the global organization you will also be responsible of making sure that your processes meet the requirements from the global standard. Also included in your responsibility is to provide important inputs to the Global Team in predevelopment projects for new products (DFM) and to take lead when it later comes to Industrialization of new machines in production on your local plant in Vårgårda. You will work with setting requirements towards supplier (machine requirement specification) with inputs from DFM and the Global Team to drive the procurement and commissioning / validation of new production equipment.

In your day-to-day work you will be involved in different activities linked to your process, following up the results with the team based on data and facts in the activities that is ongoing to support production and projects. You are ambitious in your work and likes working in a team to spread your knowledge and learn.

What You´ll Do

As the Plant Quality Manager, it will be your responsibility to drive and support the organization toward the vision of zero defects. Within the quality organization lies the responsibility to ensure the quality of products and services and assurance of compliance to ISO/IATF standards and Customer Requirements.

Too your aid you’ll lead a group of highly skilled Group Managers each responsible for: Supplier Quality & Product Analytics, Customer & Projects Quality, Production Quality & Quality Management Systems.

You work closely with your colleagues in the plant and you also need to form close collaboration with other stakeholders within the company e.g. Procurement and Research department.

Main areas and responsibility:

- Ensure that our production processes complies with the approval standards. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.

- Manage Plant quality resources while driving a culture of continuous improvement through the implementation/maintenance of global quality standards, problem solving tools, and continuous improvement techniques.

- Lead work around analysis and interpret data, manuals and other materials to determine improvements areas and corrective actions.

- Ensure ISO/IATF coordination activity, define clear procedures and responsibilities.

- Secure accurate documentation and procedures

- Lead Customer quality issues and escalations

- Develop the entire organizations quality performance

You’ll be a member of the Operational Management team and report directly to the General Manager, you will also report to Magna Electronics Quality Management.

What You´ll Do and your responsibilities
As a Production Group Manager, you will be responsible for developing, improving and managing our highly automated SMT production area.

You will plan and execute clear productivity goals and plan resources, adjust schedules as needed, and monitor production standards. When needed, you develop and implement new processes and ways of working out of a Lean perspective.

You will be responsible for a group of operators and team leaders that ensures that the daily production is running as planned and that the processes are followed, and lead a group of technicians and specialist on a daily basis. SMT (Surface Mount Technology) allows for the creation of customized electronic circuits by mounting individual components to a printed circuit board (PCB). In our SMT area we build PCBs to all our products and supply all internal final assembly customers.

What you can expect
We’re now looking for an Industrialization Project Manager to our manufacturing facility in Vårgårda. As our Industrialization Project Manager, you will lead projects for our new production equipment and products as well as leading larger changes on manufacturing equipment or products. While doing so, you will lead a cross-functional team consisting of Process Specialists, Quality Engineers, Purchasing, Logistics Engineers and representatives from our serial production-teams.

You will be responsible for the implementation of new production equipment and processes according to a set time schedule. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other Industrialization Project Leaders. The industrialization projects follows a well-developed routine based on a number of control points in the form of well defined standard and checklists.

The products and processes in the Vårgårda-plant are highly automated and involves advanced testing, flashing and assembly. As a project manager, this leads to challenging and interesting projects where coordination of complex technical tasks is common.

Vad kommer du att göra:

Som underhållskoordinator kommer du huvudsakligen jobba med förebyggande underhållsarbete i vår produktionspark och ansvarar för förbättring av MA (Machine Availability) för att säkra och effektivisera produktionstillgängligheten.

Du leder, fördelar, koordinerar och prioriterar underhållsaktiviteter i det dagliga underhållsarbetet, samt supportar vid akuta driftstörningar i maskinparken.

Du ingår i ett tvärfunktionellt team som arbetar autonomt med att styra ett av våra produktionsområden samt är delaktig i projekt när ny utrustning tillsätts i parken.

Några vanliga förekommande arbetsuppgifter i din roll som underhållskoordinator är:

- Effektivisering och uppföljning av förebyggande underhåll

What you'll do?

As a Vehicle Integration Engineer will be part of the Concept and validation team within Veoneer research. The team ensures that cameras and other sensors in Veoneer's test and demonstration vehicles are set up appropriately to be able to run tests and preparing them for data collection assignments around the world.

What you'll do?
As a Test Engineer, you’ll be part of a team with a common task to design, introduce and optimize fully automated test processes in our high-volume production flows. Vad kommer du att göra:

Som underhållskoordinator har du en viktig roll i vår produktionskedja. Du kommer huvudsakligen jobba med förebyggande underhållsarbete i vår produktionspark och ansvarar för förbättring av MA ( Machine Availability) för att säkra och effektivisera produktionstillgängligheten.

Du leder, fördelar, planerar och prioriterar underhållsaktiviteter samt effektivisering av dagligt underhåll, samt supportar, följer upp och koordinerar vid akuta driftstörningar i maskinparken.
Du ingår i ett tvärfunktionellt team som arbetar autonomt med att styra ett av våra produktionsområden samt är delaktig i projekt när ny utrustning tillsätts i parken. I en expansiv verksamhet har du stor inverkar och påverkan på utformningen av nya processer och maskiner.

Några vanliga förekommande arbetsuppgifter i din roll som underhållskoordinator är:

- Effektivisering och uppföljning av förebyggande underhåll

What You´ll Do

As a Engineer within our Industrial Engineering Team you will be working with automated machines and processes within the area of Wedge (Wire) and Die Bonding in our production plant in Vårgårda.

Your role will be to identify and implement improvements and developments for existing and future machine platforms to achieve, and secure, world class production reaching above targets within Automotive industry.

You will be working closely together with our Production Teams to analyze and improve current performance indicators from an Engineering perspective and also cooperate close to our development team for future product implementations and process developments. What You Will Do

We are currently looking for two Production Group Managers for the SMT and CFA areas.

SMT (Surface Mount Technology) allows for the creation of customized electronic circuits by mounting individual components to a printed circuit board (PCB). In our SMT area we build PCBs to all our products and supply all internal final assembly customers.

CFA (Camera Final Assembly) is the final assembly of our vision products and have a high degree of automatization.

As a Production Group Manager, you will be responsible for developing, improving and managing the SMT area or the CFA area at the Vårgårda production plant. You will plan and execute clear productivity goals and plan resources, adjust schedules as needed, and monitor production standards. When needed, you develop and implement new processes and ways of working out of a Lean perspective.

You will be responsible for a group of operators and team leaders that ensures that the daily production is running as planned and that the processes are followed, and lead a group of technicians and specialist on a daily basis. You have the responsibility for monitoring the results of your group, and ensuring performance.

You will report directly to our Production Manager, and work in close collaboration with the other Production Group Managers and with our Logistics, Quality, Maintenance and Industrial Engineering department.

Apart from the abovementioned, you are expected to:

- Ensure a safe work environment where the work can be carried out without risk of ill health or accidents.
- Lead employees to organization targets and expectations and empower them to take in initiatives and responsibility

What You´ll Do
You will be one of two Group Managers within Industrial Engineering in Operations focusing on Production Engineering. Your area of responsibility will be to drive continuous improvements to machines and processes so that our operators can be as efficient as possible. Your team to lead, consist of skilled Manufacturing technicians, and you will continue to develop the team towards best in class, thereby securing the highest quality standards, efficient processes, and a good working environment. What You´ll Do:

As a business controller for R&D you will work proactively, ensuring the Global Financial processes are followed by the Tech Center. What you'll do?

As a Vehicle Integration Engineer will be part of the Concept and validation team within Veoneer research. The team ensures that cameras and other sensors in Veoneer's test and demonstration vehicles are set up appropriately to be able to run tests and preparing them for data collection assignments around the world. The role includes working hands on with installing and calibrating cameras, reference sensors and measurement equipment.
In the role you cooperate and share experiences and knowledge with team members on a daily basis, as well as collaborating intensely with internal stakeholders, in order to ensure we deliver a great product to our end customers.

Responsibilities for the work role includes:

- Setup of cameras and other sensors in test- and demo-vehicles to run functional tests as well to prepare them for data collection
- Ensuring Veoneer cameras (and other sensors) can communicate properly with vehicles internal system (writing gateway code)
- Performing software updates in vehicles, including execution of sanity check tests
- Educate test drivers in setting up and using sensors and measurement systems

- Working off-site at test grounds or at customer facilities (in Sweden and abroad) to make vehicles ready for tests and demonstrations

Ditt huvudansvar som Plant Supplier Quality Engineer kommer vara att driva fram lösningar för leverantörsavvikelser, samt att hantera dessa avvikelser genom analys, inrapportering, ärendehantering och dokumentation. What you'll do?

As the Maintenance Group Manager, you’ll be responsible to develop, improve and oversee processes within the maintenance department, to plan and execute clear productivity (MTTR, MTBF) goals and resources and drive continuous improvements in our internal processes, safety and work environment. To your aid you’ll lead a group of Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Coordinators that will work on continuous improvements at our production plant.

What You´ll Do

As one of two Group Managers within Industrial Engineering in Operations focusing on Production Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvements to machines and processes in our series production. Your team to lead, consist of skilled Manufacturing technicians, and you will continue to develop the team towards best in class, thereby securing the highest quality standards, efficient processes and a good working place. These technicians are part of our matrix organization, as members of cross-functional production management teams in Autonomous Manufacturing Groups (AMG).

Vad kommer du att göra:

Som Automationsingenjör kommer du, tillsammans med ett team av skickliga ingenjörer, att jobba med löpande förbättringar av tilldelade processer i en hög automatiserade maskinpark. Du jobbar tvärtfunktionellt i organisationen, både mot produktion och befintliga och kommande industrialiseringprojekt i vår slutmontering av kameror.

What You´ll Do

We’re now looking for a Senior Active Alignment Engineer that will be our Global Process Owner. Your main mission will be to take ownership for complete Lens alignment process by defining, implementing and improving a 1P1P process to achieve an manufacturing world class across our global plants.

You will lead the design, development and validation of new manufacturing processes and equipment at our “Lead Manufacturing Plants” globally and drive our Global Problem-Solving activities and Yokoten. You will also secure processes compliancy to our Global standards and setup systemic corrective actions plans to all manufacturing plants. This means that you will have a strategic responsibility to propose new process and technology development directions to our Global Engineering and Global Manufacturing departments.

In addition, you will:



- Drive supplier/process development benchmark to ensure continuous improvements and compliance with next generation products

- Define and validate 1P1P processes, materials, equipment and key parameters settings

- Define and continuously improve related Veoneer Standards as: “Design for Manufacturing Rules” checklists, eg. Master PFMEA, Machine Specifications

- Support creation of validation specifications for new concepts/processes

We are looking for a Category Manager for Direct Material responsible for semiconductor processors as SoC/FPGA’s/MCM/ISP’s.

What you'll do
As Purchasing Category Manager you will establish a strategy for your segments and drive execution of the strategy through interface with Engineering, Component Development, Supplier Quality, and Production. You will be the expert as it relates to technology, supplier roadmaps, competitive price levels and component life cycles.

You will ensure timely sourcing of new components by working together with RFQ teams and assure it follows the documented strategy and meeting cost targets for the component.

You will act as Lead Buyer for selected suppliers, manage the relationship between suppliers and Veoneer, and conduct commercial negotiations for price, payment and delivery terms.

As Lead Buyer, you will be responsible for leading the pre-qualification process for potential new suppliers and yearly supplier reviews with existing suppliers. An important part is to monitor and give direction based on market trends, frequently review Supply Chain risks and maintains plans to assure continuous supply at Veoneer production sites.


What you'll bring
We are looking for an person with experience from similar roles and with good negotiations skills.

What you'll do?
As our new Business Analyst, your main goal will be to work towards a more digitalized and mobile use for the application tool Movex/M3, secure that the tool is aligned with the business requirements and meets the demand of a modern technology.

To be able to reach your goal you will secure the lifecycle of our Movex/M3 tool and its connected components.
