What does a day at the company look like?
As a Master Data Analyst your job will include the following tasks;

· Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.

· Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.

· Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.

· Provides assistance in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with subject matter.

· Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements.

· Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.

· Provides data consulting in support of business and information technology initiatives to clients to improve client database systems.

· Manage SharePoint document repository.

· Manage customer relationship by providing internal support; communicate system standards and infrastructure by answering questions; resolving concerns and issues.

· Creates, maintains, and verifies all customers and vendor records, as well as employee records.
Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality. Control, setup and maintenance of following items which is conducted for Germany (D70), France (F70), Romania (R70), Sweden (SVD), Veoneer UK Branch (GCD)

- Creation, connection, and maintenance of Accounting Items

- Supplier Master Data management

- Customer Master Data management

- Employee Master Data management

- Maintenance of Cost Center and Project Approval Hierarchy

- Maintenance of Business Rule Matrix / Manual Vouchers approval flow

- ICP – Intercompany partner

- Currency Exchange Rate Types, Closing rates.

· Making sure Master Data complies with regulatory mandates such as SOX, by issuing different types of SOX controls.

· Developing and maintaining structure, approval flows, user access, business areas and content of Veoneer Master Data Tool application

· Providing and maintaining Master Data Tool user access and user support

· Providing and maintaining Balancer user access and account settings

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with;

· Experience with databases and/or data management including experience with Master Data

· Experience working in global environments with different stakeholders throughout the globe.

· Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, ability to operate as a self-starter.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to drive to root cause.

· Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members, external data providers, and management.

· Good skills in data administration, design, and architecture.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Critical Thinking

· Audit processor’s completed requests, addressing issues or exceptions and following up to ensure corrections are made.

What you'll do?
We’re looking for an OT (Operation Technology) Security Analyst to lead and further develop the OT Security area within the ongoing industrial digitization, also called Industry 4.0.

Your main task will be to secure automation and digital solutions, to ensure that we have security built in from the start in all customer-facing products and solutions, from equipment to plant to Veoneer’s connectivity solutions.

By doing this you will in turn generate an increasing number of connected and collaborating systems, which entails more challenges in order to ensure the information and facilities' stability in real time with the support of OT Security

Valued competences:

- University degree in relevant area or similar work life experience
- 5-10 years’ experience as an IT Specialist within cyber security

- An understanding of existing OT/IT information security standards.
- Certification in ISO 27001-2 and/or IEC 62443 is highly merited
- Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
