What you'll do?
As Test Development Engineer within the field of Optics you will be part of a team with the task of developing and producing camera and vision systems for the cars of tomorrow. You will be part of a team based in both Linköping and Vårgårda working in projects “from A to Z”. You will be responsible for establishing and optimizing the test processes of fully automated camera production with high volumes.

You will have the opportunity working with test and equipment specifications, programming, design, verification, industrialization, production startup, documentation and continuous improvements with focus on optical measurements in our top modern plant in Vårgårda.

What you'll bring
In order to be successful in the role, we believe you have a university degree in electronics or equivalent education with broad knowledge in optics, mechanics and electronics, preferably with a focus on Optoelectronics and / or Measurement Technology.

We also believe you have working experience from:

- Optics, Optronics, Imaging Systems and Optical Measurement Technology
- Programming skills in C or C++
- Statistical analysis linked to high volume production

What you'll do?

- Serve as information security liaison to assigned IT business areas to ensure information security process are followed, risks are identified, defined, communicated, and addressed across IT and business area programs, projects, and activities
- Collaborate across IT to ensure execution of IT-centric security programs
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards and procedures
- Define and balance local IT compliance requirements with business needs
- Identify IT risks and deficiencies, and effectively communicate to management
- Help facilitate internal incident/event investigations, coordinating with process and risk owners, providing process and compliance recommendations
- Assist with monitoring and governance of the information security policies and standards


What you'll bring

- Bachelor or Master´s Degree in IT field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and development processes and associated IT controls required to support a fully functioning and controlled IT environment

What you'll do?
As a Product Analysis Engineer, you will be part of Product Analysis and Supplier Quality department, and focus mainly to help with analysis of customer returns and production outcome, support for production and test development to reach test coverage

This means that you’ll:

- Take responsibility on analysis matters and coordinate within Veoneer organization.
- Drive and manage minor root cause Projects
- Manage documentation and drive implementation of actions to prevent recurrence

Vad kommer du göra?
Veoneer är nu i en expansiv fas och söker en Senior Project Leader inom fastighet, där du kommer ansvara för fastighetsutvecklingsprojekt, inriktningen är både mot produktion och fastighet.

Som Senior Project Leader är du med i hela projektgenomförandet, från förslag, till koncept, till upphandling och genomförande. Du ansvarar för budget och progress i projekten, men också att lagar, standarder, rutiner och andra krav uppfylls, för både människa och maskin.

What you'll do?
As the Production Quality Group Manager, you’ll have a vital role at our manufacturing plant, were you’ll be responsible to secure the manufacturing quality. We are a high-volume production plant and your main mission will be to ensure that the equipment, machines as well as operator instructions etc. meets the capability requirements with high quality, according to set financial frames. To your aid you’ll have a team of highly skilled Quality Engineers reporting to you, Together you will secure the high quality level required in our business.

Safety and quality are two of Veoneer’s key essences, both when it comes to our customers and our employees. As Production Quality Group Manager you will set goals to maintain and improve the quality and safety according to customers and Veoneer’s policies, standards and requirements. You are responsible to secure that quality risks and failure rates in our production are prioritized, investigated and that measures are verified and implemented.

In addition, you’ll work closely with the Production, and Industrial Engineering organizations both from an operational and strategic perspective. You’ll be a member of both the Quality and Operational Management groups and report directly to Operations Quality Manager.



What you'll bring
You are a person who is known to instill trust and encourage curiosity within your team, knowing it can lead to more innovative improvements and solutions. With your competence and knowledge within the field and your team you’re able to make fast and clear decisions. To be successfull in this postion we thing you have previous experience in Quality, Production, Process and Change Management, preferably within Automotive. You are known to maintain and monitor results (both quality and productivity levels) based on deadline, budget and goals.

You’ve got documented and strong project management and/or management skills. You’re able to identify and assign roles and responsibilities to your employees, with clear goals, expectations and actions. You’ve got experience not only in coaching and inspiring individuals and teams, but also in communicating and negotiating with customer and management groups.

When you are confronted with an issue, you are known to ask “why” as a way to find the root cause and are used to different analytic methods in problem-solving.

Vad kommer du göra?
Som Automationsingenjör kommer du ingå i ett team på Veoneers Produktions-IT avdelning, där kommer din uppgift vara att etablera och optimera vår fullautomatiserade tillverkning. Du kommer ansvara för PLC-programmering, design, verifiering, igångkörning, dokumentation samt kontinuerliga optimeringar. Vad du tar med dig!
Vi söker dig som har högskoleutbildning inom elektronik, automation eller programmering eller har likvärdiga erfarenheter. För att lyckas i rollen bör du ha några års erfarenhet av automation med koppling till PLC- och HMI programmering. Erfarenhet av Sysmac Studio, maskinvision och CX One meriterande.

- Serve as information security liaison to assigned IT business areas to ensure information security process are followed, risks are identified, defined, communicated, and addressed across IT and business area programs, projects, and activities

What you'll do?
We’re looking for a Digital Engineer, that will work with the industrialization of radar and focus on developing the harware. The team consist of 16 test engineers and you will take lead of the develop the production equipment and process within structural tests i.e. Boundary Scan Test, In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Flash-programming, . As our Digital Engineer, you will work in a cross-functional team that are responsible for the design, setup and optimization of our fully automated test processes in high volume production flows. You will work with equipment specifications, design, verification, commissioning, documentation and continuous optimization. What you'll do?
As the Operation Quality Manager, you’ll have a vital role at our manufacturing plant, were you’ll be responsible for the manufacturing quality. We are a high-volume, high-tech production plant and your main mission will be to lead and develop our production organization abilities to secure future and present quality requirements, supporting production capability according to financial frames. To your aid you’ll have Production Quality Group managers and engineers reporting to you. Together you will secure the high quality level required in our business.

As Operations Quality Manager you will set strategic goals to improve the quality and safety according to customers and Veoneer’s policies, standards and requirements. What you'll do?
As Controller you will work proactively, with both monthly reports and performance analyses. You will work closely with line managers in putting plans and strategy forward, doing continuous follow-ups and analyzes. You will assure quality and make reasonableness assessments of financial data from the organization

Vad kommer du göra?
Vi söker nu en Junior Project Manager till vår Globala IT enhet. Som Project Manager kommer du framförallt vara ansvarig för att driva, koordinera och administrera IT projekt inom infrastruktur och drift på våra svenska siter, vilket innebär att resor kommer vara en stor del av ditt arbete.

Ditt ansvarområde sträcka sig genom hela projektfasen, du kommer därmed att ansvara för projekt- och kommunikationsplanen, projektbudget, projektdokumentationen, riskanalyser, delegeringen av uppgifter och uppsättningen av delmål. Du kommer även leda projektimplementeringen, testningen och Go-Live. Utöver detta kommer du även:

What you'll do?
We’re now looking for an Industrialization Project Leader to our manufacturing facility in Vårgårda. As our Industrialization Project Leader, you will lead the project for our new production equipment and lead a cross-functional team consisting of Process Specialists, Quality Engineers, Purchasing, Logistics Engineers and representatives from our production.

You will be responsible for the implementation of new production equipment and processes according to set time schedule. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other Industrialization Project Leaders who are working with our customer projects. The industrialization project follows a well-developed routine based on a number of control points in the form of series tests and checklists

What you'll do?
We’re looking for aDigital Engineer, that will work with theindustrialization of radar and cameraandfocus on developing the harware. The team consist of 16 test engineers and you will take lead of the develop the production equipment and process within structural tests i.e. Boundary Scan Test, In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Flash-programming, .

As ourDigital Engineer,you will work in a cross-functional team that are responsible for the design, setup and optimization of our fully automated test processes in high volume production flows. We’re now looking for an Industrialization Project Leader to our manufacturing facility in Vårgårda. We are now looking of an Indirect Purchaser that can take the responsibility for our indirect purchases at Veoneer Sweden AB. We’re now looking for a Customer Quality Engineer, that can be the voice for the customer on Quality topics as well as Claim Management and compliance of customer requirements. As our Customer Quality Engineer, you will also represent the company against the customer for quality issues.

Vad kommer du göra?

Som underhållskoordinator har du en viktig roll i vår produktionskedja. Du arbetar huvudsakligen med förebyggande underhållsarbete i vår produktionspark och ansvarar för förbättring av MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure). What you'll do?
As the Maintenance Group Manager, you’ll be responsible to develop, improve and oversee processes within the maintenance department, to plan and execute clear productivity (MTTR, MTBF) goals and resources and drive continuous improvements in our internal processes, safety and work environment. To your aid you’ll lead a group of 10-15 Maintenance Technicians that will work on continuous improvements at our production plant.

You will be a member of the Maintenance Management group and you’ll report directly to our Maintenance Manager. You will work in close collaboration with other departments such as Industrial Engineering, Quality and Industrialization teams

Additionally, you will:

- Analyze and improve competence within the maintenance group
- Resource planning
- Give input in Line design and be part of new process/machine implementation
- Strive to have efficient processes for reoccurring tasks such as spare part handling, preventive and reactive maintenance. Be responsible for KPI fulfillment like MTTR, MTBF, technical uptime and overall cost

What you'll do?
We are now looking of an Indirect Purchaser that can take the responsibility for our indirect purchases at Veoneer Sweden AB. You will have the responsibility to take lead in negotiations of quotes from the initiation phase to ordering. Based on your sourcing of indirect material and services you will select suppliers that is best suited our business. To be able to accomplish this you develop strategically important suppliers, maintain supplier performances and contacts. Additionally, you will manage and act on risks related to the supply chain.

What you'll do?
As the Production Manager it will be your responsibility to lead our production in Vårgårda, to ensure that our different production lines are running effectively. Safety and quality two of Veoneer’s the key essences, both when it comes to our production and our employees. We’re now looking for an Industrialization Project Leader to our manufacturing facility in Vårgårda. What you'll do?
We’re now looking for a Customer Quality Engineer, that can be the voice for the customer on Quality topics as well as Claim Management and compliance of customer requirements. As our Customer Quality Engineer, you will also represent the company against the customer for quality issues.

Together with a small team of Customer Quality Engineers, you will be responsible to managing the customer claim process, which includes making decisions regarding short- & long-term corrective actions related to customer quality issues, as well as continuously monitoring the status. To do this, one of our main tasks will be to start up an 8D teams, who’ll troubleshoot and investigate customer claims. To learn more about the customers’ requirements you’ll continuously acquire knowledge from them and further inform and train these requirements internally.

You’ll also be responsible for managing customer audits and leading the follow-up/reporting of customer findings and corrective actions internally and against the customer. You’ll also participate in our internal audits, release products for production at reception of customer approval (PPAP).

Vad kommer du göra?

Vi söker nu Skiftledare (AMT Ledare) till vår ytmonteringsproduktion (SMT). Som Skiftledare (AMT Ledare) kommer du ansvara för att leda och coacha dina medarbetare inom skiftlaget. Arbetet innebär bl.a. att tillse att överenskomna arbetssätt följs. Du kommer även löpande följa upp och rapportera skiftlagets resultat. Du kommer aktivt arbeta med bemanningsfrågor och vara delaktig i introduktionen av nyanställda.

Som Skiftledare (AMT Ledare) blir du en del av SMT-områdets ledning och du arbetar i nära samarbete med våra Gruppchefer och stödfunktioner (AMG) för SMT för ett kontinuerligt förbättringsarbete inom området.

Vad kommer du göra?
Som Programmerare kommer du ingå i ett team på vår Produktions IT avdelning, där kommer din uppgift vara att etablera och optimera vår fullautomatiserade tillverkning. Du kommer ansvara för programmering, design, verifiering, igångkörning, dokumentation samt kontinuerliga optimeringar. Du kommer arbeta med utvecklingen av gränssnittet mellan våra stationer och våra spårbarhetssystem, där du får arbeta både med dina mjuk- och hårdvarukunskaper. Du kommer även ha leverantörskontrakt för att kunna hantera interfacet i och mellan stationerna.

På Veoneer, kommer du får arbeta i en internationell miljö med spännande utmaningar inom teknik, produktutveckling och produktion. Tillsammans med dina kollegor från vårt teknikcenter i Linköping och Lowel, USA kommer du att arbeta med att säkra producerbarheten på våra produkter.

Vad du tar med dig!
Vi söker dig som har högskoleutbildning inom elektronik, data eller programmering eller har likvärdiga erfarenheter. För att klara av tjänsten behöver du ha några års erfarenhet inom systemutveckling med koppling till hårdvara och automation. Du ska även ha mycket goda kunskaper inom C# samt goda kunskaper om Server. Erfarenhet av PLC samt versionshantering i SVN är meriterande.

Som person ser vi att du är en ansvarstagande kommunikativ lagspelare som stort driv och förmåga att jobba självständigt. What you'll do?
As Test Development Engineer within the field of Optics you will be part of a team with the task of developing and producing camera and vision systems for the cars of tomorrow.You will be part of a team based in both Linköping and Vårgårda working in projects “from A to Z”. You will be responsible for establishing and optimizing the test processes of fully automated camera production with high volumes.

You will have the opportunity working with test and equipment specifications, programming, design, verification, industrialization, production startup,documentation and continuous improvements with focus on optical measurements in our top modern plant in Vårgårda.

What you'll bring
In order to be successful in the role, we believe you have a university degree in electronics or equivalent education with broad knowledge in optics, mechanics and electronics, preferably with a focus on Optoelectronics and / or Measurement Technology.

We also believe you have working experience from:

- Optics, Optronics, Imaging Systems and Optical Measurement Technology
- Programming skills in C or C++
- Statistical analysis linked to high volume production

As a person you are curious, creative, self-motivated and takes responsibility. You are well organized, methodical and careful with details. You are also communicative and collaborative both with colleges and suppliers, and has the ability to conduct supplier evaluations focusing on technical aspects

What you'll do?As our Project Supply Chain Planner, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop new ways of working to improve prototype production and continuous flow of pre-serial material. It will be your main responsibility to ensure that the supply of material meets our project and prototype departments demand and minimum stock levels. The goal is to deliver efficient, effective and quality based solutions that meets the requirements of our different stakeholders and helps them deliver state of the art technical solutions. To reach this goal you will be part of a Logistics Projects team and work closely with both suppliers and internal customers. Different Veoneer functions such as Prototype Production, Industrial Engineering, Purchase and Operations will also be part of your large network.

This position requires a flexible mindset and a problem solving and “can do” attitude, as well as a strong ability to develop new processes and ways of working. Ensuring accountability from both yourself and others is also a key for success.

Additionally, your responsibility also includes working with overall continuous improvements and supporting the Logistics Department achieve its long-term targets.



Your responsibilities:

- Lead the work to ensure material availability for pre-serial production

- Chair forum for pre-serial material status

- Develop tools and work processes to support an effective pre-serial material planning

- Pro-actively support the product development projects and be their speaking partner for pre-serial material

- Communicate material availability with different stakeholders and escalate when necessary

- Support an effective material planning to Veoneer suppliers together with purchase and serial logistics

- Continuously develop and improve the collaboration with internal and external customers

- Actively work with continuous improvement of working methods within both your own area and general logistics

Level (diploma) required:


- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Engineering or Economics




Other required skills:


- Experience from Supply Chain planning, especially within electronic component

sourcing



- Good knowledge in English, both written and verbal


- High IT-knowledge, experience with Movex and PLM is highly merited


- Knowledge in the Veoneer product line is merited

Vi söker nu ytterligare operatörer till vår Vision och Camera Final Assembly produktion. I vår produktion tillverkar vi bland annat hårdvaran till vår kamera baserade Vision system. Som operatör kommer du huvudsakligen arbeta med slutmonteringsprocessen, vilket innebär att du kommer arbeta med montering, övervakning och processarbete, samt testning, materialhantering, löpande underhåll samt avsyning
