Vi säljer entreprenadmaskiner och tillbehör, jordbruksmaskiner, samt även kärror för traktor och lastbil. I vår verkstad servar, reparerar och utrustar vi bland annat entreprenadmaskiner, kärror, lantbruksmaskiner och skogsmaskiner.

Vårgårda Maskincenter strävar efter att tillhandahålla maskiner och tjänster av hög kvalitet till ett rimligt pris. Vi tar ett långsiktigt ansvar och hjälper våra kunder med reklamationer, service och reparationer även efter att en produkt har levererats.


Tjänstebeskrivning
Vårgårda Maskincenter söker nu en lageransvarig som skall utveckla och driva reservdelsverksamheten. Stor del av ditt arbete innebär inköp och försäljning av reservdelar. Du kommer att hjälpa både externa kunder och interna mekaniker att hitta rätt reservdel till maskinerna.

Du kommer att ta emot beställningar via telefon, mejl och i det fysiska samtalet. Det är därför av stor vikt att du är duktig på att kommunicera och vet vad bra service är. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår även att leta nya leverantörer både i och utanför Sverige.

Då det är du som ansvarar för reservdelslagret är det viktigt att du är ordningsam och strukturerad. Du kommer även att packa upp och ställa delar på plats samt skapa och upprätthålla rutiner kring detta.

Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med verkstadschefen och företagets mekaniker.


Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som är teknisk kunnig och en problemlösare. Tillsammans med kund skall du förstå och komma fram till vilken reservdel som skall beställas. Du skall vara serviceinriktad och kunna ge den bästa servicen till företagets kunder.

Då arbetet går framåt och lagret växer är det stor vikt att du är noggrann och villig att vara med och driva en digitaliseringsprocess av lagrets alla reservdelar. Vi söker dig som är självständig och kan ta egna initiativ och vara lösningsfokuserad.

Du skall ha en god teknisk förståelse. Meriterande med en teknisk utbildning. Vi ser gärna att du har något eller några års arbetslivserfarenhet av något tekniskt eller mekaniskt arbete.

Körkort B är ett krav. Meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenheter av affärssystemet Pyramid. Du skall ha goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.

Manufacturing Services Manager
What this position is about - Purpose:
As MS Manger you will lead and coordinate activities such as Production planning for Primary and M&P; Production material planning including NPDs, Logistics and Customer services (including transports), Tax and Customs related topics, in close collaboration with Global Tax, Warehouse operations, with ultimate goal of timely delivery of FG to the relevant Markets. You will closely collaborate with Global functions for a smooth follow-up and implementation of global programs. You will closely monitor and collaborate with internal partners for Tax-related waste process. You will ensure ASP- related activities are performed timely and accurately. You will evaluate their performance and continuously work on their growth.

What will you do - Responsibilities:
Leadership in Planning:
Oversee production planning based on customer requests, ensuring accurate delivery of finished goods and efficient material ordering.
Manage logistics, including import/export and compliance with local legislation.
Monitor inventory levels, material arrival, and production challenges, and coordinate solutions.
Ensure accurate tax-related waste reporting and stay updated on legislative changes.
Leadership in Warehouse:
Direct warehouse operations to optimize storage and inventory, complying with legislation and client needs.
Supervise staff efficiency, minimize overtime, and manage inventory counts.
Collaborate with global teams for process improvements and space utilization.
Annual Strategic Plan (ASP) Preparation:
Lead ASP activities, including capacity studies, production and material planning, and warehouse utilization.
Set clear department objectives, manage budgeting, and provide input to other departments.
Ensure ASP completion on time and to quality standards.
Development of People:
Manage and motivate staff, preparing them for future challenges and potential promotions. Provide guidance, ensure training and information dissemination, and address team workload issues due to unexpected tasks. Support the implementation of new product development (NPD) projects and communicate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
People Management:
Recruit, develop, and guide team members, ensuring safe work practices and compliance with global and local standards.
Conduct appraisals, talent reviews, and identify training needs.
Other Responsibilities:
Represent the company professionally, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and policies.
Manage departmental communications, handle tasks and projects as needed, and maintain a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

Who are we looking for - Requirements:
University Degree
5 years of experience of working in food production, quality in food industry or in the area of planning, procurement, logistics, import/export
Experience in Swedish Labor Law & Work Environment
Excellent English written and spoken. Swedish would be an advantage
Additional languages are beneficial but not required
Advanced knowledge in MS Office and SAP IBP & BW tools

What You´ll Do:
As a Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for the daily work regarding material handling, transport bookings and receipts and deliveries.

You´ll be the leader of a great team of approximately 70 warehouse operators. The team is expected to grow significantly during the upcoming years and there will be opportunities to set new structures of the warehouse with the aim of optimizing the work by the most efficient solutions.
