Communications Specialist & Executive Assistant
In this role, you will organize and manage all factory-related communication activities in close collaboration with the Management team, Market, and GSC Communications team. You’ll also handle daily administrative tasks, support events and visitors, and contribute to building a positive internal culture. Please note that the admin part is the predominant part of the role.

Position
Administration & Support
Be the go-to person for travel arrangements, accommodation, meeting room setup, and visitor coordination.
Manage newcomer onboarding (access cards, safety shoes) and maintain visitor records.

Requirements
Experience matters most: If you have hands-on experience in communications, administration, we want to hear from you- even if your degree is in a different field.
Ideally, 1–2,3 years in a similar role (FMCG, consulting, or PR agency preferred).
Education: A university degree in journalism, PR, communications, business administration, or a related field is a strong plus-but not a dealbreaker.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Excellent command of MS Office.

Cell Lead


The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate the operations of the assigned Cell to ensure optimal utilisation of production capacity and the delivery of high-quality products. This includes managing the Cell following Integrated Work System (IWS) principles and ensuring that foundational IWS capabilities are fully established and effectively executed. The role is also accountable for leading and aligning improvement initiatives and projects across all shifts to support business objectives. Additionally, the role ensures that machinery is operated correctly by qualified personnel, with full accountability for product quality, material yield, and housekeeping. It is essential that the team adheres to all organisational standards, policies, and regulations. The role also includes responsibility for resource planning and the development and growth of employees within the area.

Position

As a Cell Lead, you will:

Be accountable for multiple shift results (24 hour) understood as safety, quality, reliability, production attainment, productivity and costs for assigned Cell;
Own line DDS (Daily Directions Setting) and be responsible for DDS findings follow-up and ensuring their execution
Perform regular analysis of the KPIs and definition/implementation of suitable improvement measures
Specify short (24h) to mid-term priorities for his Cell (<90 days plans)
Define priorities for the cell team and allocate resources to support the plan, participate in key planned activities
Be responsible for the staffing in production together with function, in line with the ASP plan, and to make adjustments based on production volumes if needed
Manage, develop and motivate the staff in the team by: defining clear objectives, monitoring the result and confirming both individual and group performance
Assess and determine development and training needs of line team, including future aspirations and succession planning
Be responsible for the recruitment and introduction of new employees
Be responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving the effectiveness of assigned Daily Management Systems
Maintain safe work environment and safety rules and procedures by following global JTI standards and Swedish Legislation
Follow up on reported incidents and ensure risk assessments in the area are valid
Follow up on all unplanned absence for the personnel on the shift and ensuring the rehabilitation process is followed according to the applicable Work Environment handbook


Within 6 months, you will

Develop a strong understanding of the snus and nicotine pouch production processes
Begin applying IWS principles in daily operations, including active use of Daily Management Systems (DMS)
Establish yourself as a visible and trusted leader for your Cell team, identifying development needs and initiating at least one improvement project with measurable impact


Requirement

Project Lead


The purpose of the role is to lead and coordinate projects that support all factory functions in achieving their targets through effective leadership, training, and coaching. Position:

As the Project Lead, you will:
Lead and coordinate projects to fulfil the business objectives with focus on, Safety, Quality, Service and Cost, solid long-term engineering solutions based on feasibility engineering studies, and full compliance with local legislation and JTI regulations
Be responsible for all factory CapEx implementation, BAP/MEMO investment process preparation and implementation
Understand and revise the scope, time plans, risk matrices of the project to deliver the needed efficiency for the factory operations through effective communication and leadership
Collaborate with all departments local and global as required to enlist and lead the projects, and with authorities as needed to fulfill the legal requirements.

As Production Manager you will be responsible for leading and coordinating Production Department, Production machinery maintenance, Production projects and improvement activities to fulfil the business objectives with focus on "Service, Investment, Agility, People and Core-Competencies". The role

People Development:

People Management:

Position:
As Centerline and changeover Daily Management Systems owner, you will participates and contribute to line Daily Direction Settings on process related aspects. You will control the results to confirm the effectiveness of identified actions. You will act as owner for identification and elimination of losses through root cause problem solving.
Together with the rest of Cell Team you will develop short-term (24-hour) and mid-term (<90 days) action plans to improve process control and eliminate machine stops. You will set priorities of the team and participate in key planned activities.

Om rollen
Du kommer att spela en avgörande roll i att säkerställa lagertransporter och ett effektivt varuflöde. What this position is about - Purpose:
We are now looking for a Factory Analyst to join the Nordic Snus factory in Vårgårda, in southwest of Sweden. This position will report to the Production Manager.

As a Factory Analyst, you will be responsible for data collection and performance reporting of the Production Department and operations. Ensure daily production and machinery data are recorded into the system for performance monitoring. Accountable to gather data and provide accurate information upon request. Able to analyze breakdown reasons and find proper ways for effective follow-up. Accountable for supplying of comparison charts and status information for constant improvement. Do the calculation and analysis of all quality KPIs. Do trend analysis and initiate improvement activities based on these analyses. Take an active part in quality improvement projects.
Generate requested reports and/or presentations including capacity studies.
Prepare pre-studies, gather information, and provide administrative support to his/her superior. Follow up deadlines and coordinate the team to give correct and proper information on time.
Provide effective administrative support to the Department. Establish effective systems for information retrieval and easy access as well as Visual Management. Effectively establish task priorities.

What this position is about - Purpose:
In this role, you will support an increased number of tasks and responsibilities inside the department for a limited time, learn JTI processes and systems, and contribute to the improvements of processes for more efficient performance. Be responsible for timely material ordering, through regular follow-up of inventory levels, changes in Production plan, and system set-up
Maintain system (SAP) properly for efficient purchases and production start-ups
Coordinate purchases with Warehouse and Production planner for most optimal ordering frequency
Communicates with vendors and Procurement where needed, for the awareness of delivery dates, challenges etc.
Monitor actual inventory levels and adjust if needed in line with targets

Take over Purchasing tasks into the Department as per agreed strategy or any other tasks that will be agreed at Management level
Participate in Project meetings, creating high-quality Meeting minutes to support efficient communication and easy follow-up on material status, arrival date, use-up plan, write off status etc
Investigate and create report from available systems (PLM, SAP etc) for more up-to-date information
Organize and administrate deliveries (for domestic market and exports to EU and non-EU countries), coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Forwarder, Entity finance etc for accurate process
Prepare Monthly Excise reports for Entity finance
Organize monthly activities related to Snus waste management: collect and check the data-coordinate with Tax authorities, Waste company, internal stakeholders

Samla in och analysera data kring processkontroll och driva förbättringsaktiviteter för att kontinuerligt höja produktkvaliteten.
Ge utbildning kring kvalitetsfrågor till produktionspersonalen och andra relevanta kollegor, samt utvecklar utbildningsmaterial.
Deltar i testkörningar och uppstarter inom produktionen för att säkerställa kvaliteten från start.

Vem är du?

Om tjänsten
Utföra underhålls- och reparationsaktiviteter på produktionsmaskineriet (automationsdelen) för att förbättra prestandan och uppnå planen för våra nyckeltal. Utför utredning på grundläggande el nivå samt automation/PLC problemlösning för att identifiera grundorsaker med ständigt fokus på ständiga förbättringar. Stödja och vara projektmedlem i olika projekt och ISO50001, även vara ansvarig för problemdefiniering och korrekt kommunikation med både interna och externa resurser (globala funktioner). Vad kommer din roll att innehålla - Ansvarsområden
För underhålls- och reparationsprocessen kommer du att:- Säkerställa utrustningstillgänglighet genom effektivt förebyggande underhållsutförande och monterar underhåll, tillgänglighet för utbyte
- Utför regelbunden inspektion av utrustningens skick.
- Stöd vid utveckling av underhållslista för el komponenter.

Din roll tillhör Produktionsavdelningen och du kommer att vara en viktig lagspelare i Make Pack.
Avdelningen hanterar stora delar av produktionsprocessen av färdiga snusprodukter, allt från den färdiga tobaksblandningen tills att produkten är packad i dosa och står på pall.

What this position is about - Purpose:
In the IWS Trainer role you will be responsible for the support of Daily Management System (DMS) Owners to build knowledge in their DMSs as well as line crew to build IWS capabilities. What this position is about - Purpose:

Production Manager
What this position is about - Purpose:
As Production Manager you will be responsible for leading and coordinating Production Department, Production machinery maintenance, Production projects and improvement activities to fulfil the business objectives with focus on "Service, Investment, Agility, People and Core-Competencies". Leadership:
Deliver all production KPIs per ASP targets. IWS Manager
What this position is about - Purpose:
As Integrated Work System Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring successful IWS implementation in the whole factory. You will be expected to act as a pioneer for the "Culture Change" by creating a zero-loss mentality with 100% employee ownership by using a servant leadership approach. Process Lead
What this position is about - Purpose:
As a Process Lead, you'll develop the team's technical expertise in process control for your assigned Cell, ensuring achievement of production volumes, quality standards, and KPI targets. IWS Trainer
What this position is about - Purpose:
In the IWS Trainer role you will be responsible for the support of DMS Owners to build knowledge in their DMSs as well as line crew to build IWS capabilities. Ensure daily production and machinery data are recorded into the system for performance monitoring. Accountable to gather data and provide accurate information upon request. Able to analyze breakdown reasons and find proper ways for effective follow-up. Accountable for supplying of comparison charts and status information for constant improvement. Do the calculation and analysis of all quality KPIs. Do trend analysis and initiate improvement activities based on these analyses. Take an active part in quality improvement projects.
Generate requested reports and/or presentations including capacity studies.
Prepare pre-studies, gather information, and provide administrative support to his/her superior. Follow up deadlines and coordinate the team to give correct and proper information on time.
Provide effective administrative support to the Department. Establish effective systems for information retrieval and easy access as well as Visual Management. Effectively establish task priorities.

Position purpose:
The EHS Specialist will ensure effective running of the Environmental, Health, Safety and building and utilities programs in our snus factory in Vårgårda. The person holding this position will provide input into development of the Environment, Health and Safety Programs, Annual planning and enhance the performance of key performance indicator in the related area.
What will you do – Responsibilities:
Ensure process owners identify EHS-related risks at workplace, make risk assessment and support to develop actions which are in line with corporate EHS standard and legal requirements.
Coordinate the integration of EHS into general management activities, as example but not limited to; Work Environment Committee, Management of Change, Monthly Performance Review etc.
Support with essential measures of work organization, with instructions, operating instructions and trainings.
Investigation of potential incidents, analysing and evaluating root causes; preparation of documentation as well as fulfillment of reporting obligations and develoment of actions.
Continuous education and training of the necessary expertise in technical and organizational occupational health and safety through self-study, trainings.
Ownership in the implementation of the global Global Supply Chain Safety Roadmap and its local implementation at the Vårgårda site, including Machine Safety and Behavior Observation System Implementation
Ownership of local implementation of EHS programs initiated by global and corporate functions
Assist in the coordination of the contractors on site in all aspects of safety, environmental and health protection, applicable regulations and procedures in coordination with the Project Manager.
Regular inspection of contractors and continuous improvement in occupational health and safety.
Coordinate contractor assessment based on contractor self-assessment and regular on-site audits.
Conduct regular compliance checks vs Corporate Standards and regulatory requirements (ENHESA)
Conduct site inspections with a focus on corporate standards.
Support internal audits related to ISO 45001, 14001 and 50001.
Advising departments on project planning and implementation in relation to EHS.
Safety acceptance of machines and equipment prior to commissioning.
Responsible for proper functioning, regular maintenance and proper condition of all Buildings and Utility systems including but not limited to: Electrical networks, HVAC, Compressed air, Heating systems, Steam pipelines, Fire protection and Security systems, Water supplies, Waste handling, etc.
ASP budgeting and monthly follow up on relation to B&U area.


Who are we looking for – Requirements:
University Degree or relevant qualification, e.g. master craftsman training in a technical profession or technician; completed qualification as occupational safety specialist
At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position
English and Swedish Fluent, both written and verbal
Knowledge and understanding of ISO management systems and EHS Regulations; good knowledge of project management and with audits
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
