Communications Specialist & Executive Assistant
In this role, you will organize and manage all factory-related communication activities in close collaboration with the Management team, Market, and GSC Communications team. You’ll also handle daily administrative tasks, support events and visitors, and contribute to building a positive internal culture. Please note that the admin part is the predominant part of the role.

Position
Administration & Support
Be the go-to person for travel arrangements, accommodation, meeting room setup, and visitor coordination.
Manage newcomer onboarding (access cards, safety shoes) and maintain visitor records.
Handle purchasing activities for NPS items, office supplies, and refreshments.

Requirements
Experience matters most: If you have hands-on experience in communications, administration, we want to hear from you- even if your degree is in a different field.
Ideally, 1–2,3 years in a similar role (FMCG, consulting, or PR agency preferred).
Education: A university degree in journalism, PR, communications, business administration, or a related field is a strong plus-but not a dealbreaker.

IWS Trainer/Continuous Improvement Trainer

The position will be acquiring IWS Internal Trainer role and is expected to act as a pioneer for the “Culture Change” going forward. As Production Manager you will be responsible for leading and coordinating Production Department, Production machinery maintenance, Production projects and improvement activities to fulfil the business objectives with focus on "Service, Investment, Agility, People and Core-Competencies". The role

Factory Analyst

What this position is about - Purpose:
We are now looking for a Factory Analyst to join the Nordic Snus factory in Vårgårda, in southwest of Sweden. This position will report to the Production Manager.

As a Factory Analyst, you will be responsible for data collection and performance reporting of the Production Department and operations. You will also be analyzing and structuring all performance parameters to identify the improvement areas of the process. Another part of the job is to support and coordinate the Production Department or other departments by acting as a liaison upward, downward, and laterally.

What will you do - Responsibilities :
Do month-end closing activities. Establish effective administration and follow-up on month-end closing activities and prepare reports related to these activities, as well as compile other performance parameter reports with accurate information each month. Close the month and report monthly accurate data in GlobCon and GSCA with the common consent of related parties
Be responsible for monthly KPI & other performance parameters. Generate monthly performance reports by using globally defined calculation methods. Analyze the data and identify improvement needed areas to share with the department and Management Team.
Ensure daily production and machinery data are recorded into the system for performance monitoring. Accountable to gather data and provide accurate information upon request. Able to analyze breakdown reasons and find proper ways for effective follow-up. Accountable for supplying of comparison charts and status information for constant improvement. Do the calculation and analysis of all quality KPIs. Do trend analysis and initiate improvement activities based on these analyses. Take an active part in quality improvement projects.
Generate requested reports and/or presentations including capacity studies.
Prepare pre-studies, gather information, and provide administrative support to his/her superior. Follow up deadlines and coordinate the team to give correct and proper information on time.

What this position is about - Purpose:
In this role, you will support an increased number of tasks and responsibilities inside the department for a limited time, learn JTI processes and systems, and contribute to the improvements of processes for more efficient performance. Prepare Monthly Excise reports for Entity finance
Organize monthly activities related to Snus waste management: collect and check the data-coordinate with Tax authorities, Waste company, internal stakeholders

What this position is about - Purpose:

What this position is about - Purpose:

What this position is about - Purpose:
In the IWS Trainer role you will be responsible for the support of DMS Owners to build knowledge in their DMSs as well as line crew to build IWS capabilities. What will you do - Responsibilities:
Deliver trainings and coaching for DMS owners and line crew on respective knowledge area (Process, Maintenance, Leadership) in order to run RTT deployment
Support DMS owners and line crew in understanding, using and further development of IWS tools
Contribute to mindset change within respective factory through trainings delivery and coaching activities, in line with IWS concept
Support line crew in developing training materials, OPLs documentation and ensure those are accessable by target audience
Report all deviations from IWS standars observed on the production line in regards to tools, DMSs, DDSs and other related
Represent the company professionally at all times to the business community and costumers
Ensure compliance with JTI Corporate Standards, Management systems, Global and Local Policies and Procedures, Improvements Programs, JT Contamination Prevention Program, Code of Conduct and 5S3R
Cooperate with the employer on health and safety matters to prevent injuries and ill health
Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request
Perform other ad-hoc tasks and support requests within area of expertise


Who are we looking for - Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or Production Management
1+ years of experience of working in production/engineering

Be responsible for monthly KPI & other performance parameters. Generate monthly performance reports by using globally defined calculation methods. Analyze the data and identify improvement needed areas to share with the department and Management Team.

Able to analyze breakdown reasons and find proper ways for effective follow-up. Accountable for supplying of comparison charts and status information for constant improvement. Generate requested reports and/or presentations including capacity studies.
