What You Will DoAs a Production Group Manager, you will be in charge of developing, improving, and managing our highly automated Final Assembly.
Your responsibilities will include setting clear productivity targets, planning resources, adjusting schedules as necessary, and overseeing production standards. When required, you will develop and implement new processes and workflows from a Lean perspective.
You will lead a group of operators and team leaders to ensure that daily production runs smoothly and that processes are adhered to, and you will lead a team of technicians and specialists on a daily basis. It is your responsibility to monitor your group’s results and ensure performance.
You will work closely collaboration with the other Production Group Managers and with our Logistics, Quality, Maintenance and Industrial Engineering departments.

What You´ll Do

As the Maintenance Group Manager for the evening shift, you’ll be responsible to develop, improve and oversee processes within the maintenance department, to plan and execute clear productivity (MTTR, MTBF) goals, resources and drive continuous improvements in our internal processes, safety and work environment. What you'll do?

What You Will Do

We are currently looking for two Production Group Managers for the SMT and CFA areas.

SMT (Surface Mount Technology) allows for the creation of customized electronic circuits by mounting individual components to a printed circuit board (PCB). In our SMT area we build PCBs to all our products and supply all internal final assembly customers.

CFA (Camera Final Assembly) is the final assembly of our vision products and have a high degree of automatization.

What you'll do?

As the Maintenance Group Manager, you’ll be responsible to develop, improve and oversee processes within the maintenance department, to plan and execute clear productivity (MTTR, MTBF) goals and resources and drive continuous improvements in our internal processes, safety and work environment. To your aid you’ll lead a group of Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Coordinators that will work on continuous improvements at our production plant.

You will be a member of the Maintenance Management group and you’ll report directly to our Maintenance Manager and work in close collaboration with other departments such as Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Quality, and Process Owners. What you'll do?
As the Production Group Manager, you’ll be responsible to develop, improve and manage the CMA area in Vårgårda and to plan and execute clear productivity goals and resources, adjust schedules as needed and monitor production standards.

You’ll lead a group of operators and team leaders that secures that the daily production is running as planned and that the processes are followed. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for improve existing processes, developing and implementing new processes and ways of working out of a Lean perspective. You will have full responsibility for work environment in the CMA area.

You’ll be a member of the Production Management Group and you’ll report directly to our Production Manager. You’ll also have a close collaboration with the other Production Group Managers and with our Logistics, Quality, Maintenance and Industrial Engineering department.
