Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated Supplier Quality Engineer – Mechanical Components to join our team.
As SQE will be responsible for managing the accountability of assigned suppliers from the approval process to the end of life. This role involves following the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), and other Magna Electronics methods and standards from the release process, through serial production, service parts, until the products' end of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze Supplier Score Card data and provide detailed and consolidated rating-input-data on plant and supplier level.
Coordinate, facilitate, or lead required audits, PFMEA Go, See & Fix, and supplier visits activities.
Conduct or direct applicable CQI Special process audits and maintain in Magna’s system.
Support Plant SQ with Supplier Complaints and help solve Root Cause and Corrective actions of Supplier Nonconformance Events (S-NCE).
Manage the assigned supply base through serial production, continuous improvement, change management, to the end of product life.
Set annual targets with each supplier and drive quality improvements to meet or exceed targets.
Participate, lead, and follow-up on supplier audits and activities resulting from audits and “Go & See” activities.

Hantera och godkänn fakturor för garantikostnader

What you'll do?

As a Vehicle Integration Engineer will be part of the Concept and validation team within Veoneer research. The team ensures that cameras and other sensors in Veoneer's test and demonstration vehicles are set up appropriately to be able to run tests and preparing them for data collection assignments around the world.

The role includes working hands on with installing and calibrating cameras, reference sensors and measurement equipment and also cooperate and share experiences and knowledge with team members on a daily basis.
A major part is also to collaborating and communicating with internal stakeholders, in order to ensure we deliver a great product to our customers.

You will, among other things, work with:

- Setup of cameras and other sensors in test- and demo-vehicles to run functional tests as well to prepare them for data collection

- Ensuring Veoneer cameras (and other sensors) can communicate properly with vehicles internal system (writing gateway code)

- Performing software updates in vehicles, including execution of sanity check tests

- Working off-site at test grounds or at customer facilities (in Sweden and abroad) to make vehicles ready for tests and demonstrations

Arbetsuppgifter
Som Customer Quality Engineer kommer du att ansvara och driva kundspecifika kvalitetsprocesser inom skadehantering och efterlevnad av kundkrav. Du kommer även att representera din kund inom det specifika kvalitetsområdet. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden kommer att innefatta hantering av kundkrav och kundkommunikation för processförändringar. Du kommer även ansvara för förberedelse, planering och inlämning av PPAP samt förbereda, leda och koordinera kund vid besök på plats.


För att säkerställa att de krav som kunden ställer efterföljs är det av största vikt att rapportering sker i tid och att den interna organisationen hanterar kvalitetsfrågor enligt 8D-processen. Du kommer under vissa perioder få ansvar som 8D-ledare. Du arbetar för att kommunikationen kring processförändringar förmedlas på ett korrekt och professionellt sätt ut mot kund. Du arbetar i ett team om fem kvalitetsingenjörer som tillsammans skapar en kraftfull kvalitetssäkring såväl internt som externt. Inom ovan angivna processer och områden kommer du att arbeta med kollegor i såväl den lokala som globala organisationen.

Som vår nya Supplier Quality Engineer kommer du få möjlighet att bli en i vårt trevliga gäng av kompetenta kollegor inom Product Analysis & Supplier Quality avdelningen, där du kommer utvecklas i takt med de många utmaningar som du ställs inför i en miljö i ständig utveckling på ett globalt plan.

Ditt huvudansvar som Plant Supplier Quality Engineer kommer vara att driva fram lösningar för leverantörsavvikelser, samt att hantera dessa avvikelser genom analys, inrapportering, ärendehantering och dokumentation. Detta sker i samverkan med vår produktion, logistik, produktutveckling, inköpsavdelning och självklart leverantörer, och kontinuerligt arbete med förbättringar gällande arbetssätt är ett naturligt inslag i ditt arbete.

Du kommer arbeta tillsammans med 20 andra ingenjörer fördelade över funktionerna Quality Control, Supplier Quality Engineer, Analysis Engineer och Metrology Engineer, men ditt fokus ligger på att säkra kvalitén från våra underleverantörer.

What you'll do?
As a Production Quality Engineer, you will be working in a cross-functional production team where you will represent the quality process at the plant. Your main mission will be to lead and develop the quality process within assigned production area, as well as act as the quality responsible within the team.

You will also work with continues improvements and verification of processes within your production field together with the team according to legal, local and global standards. Performing internal process audits will also be a part of your work. This means that you will drive internal processes related to quality improvements, deviations as well as customer returns.

You will work proactively and support the production with problem solving and improvement related to the quality process. To do this, you will in addition, follow up production results related to internal errors and rejects and drive improvements.

Vad kommer du göra?

Som vår nya Quality Control blir du en del i ett trevligt gäng av 19 kompetenta kollegor inom Product Analysis & Supplier Quality avdelningen. Här utförs analys av kamera- och radarsensorprodukter från vår elektronikproduktion samt produktions- och testsystemutveckling. Vidare hanteras materialavvikelser och kvalitetssäkring av inkommande material från våra leverantörer. Hos oss arbetar du i en föränderlig miljö, ständigt i utveckling på ett lokalt och globalt plan. Du får här möjligheten att utvecklas i takt med de många utmaningar som du och dina kollegor ställs inför.

Ditt huvudansvar som Quality Control är att analysera och riskbedöma avvikelser på komponenter enligt gällande specifikation, samt att utföra kontroll/verifiering av komponenter och leveranskontroll. Självklart genomför du allt kvalitetstekniskt arbete enligt gällande system, avtal och rutiner utefter Veoneers policy.

Du kommer i arbetet bland annat att agera vid larm från produktionen med hjälp av 8D metoden, delta och supporta vid avvikelsearbete, genomföra hantering och kontroll av inkommande material. I din roll ingår det även att bistå och stötta andra funktioner i kvalitetsarbetet. Att kontinuerligt arbeta med förbättringar gällande arbetssätt är ett naturligt inslag i ditt arbete.

Vad du tar med dig!
Dina erfarenheter från fordonsindustrin och tidigare kvalitetsarbete inom tillverkningsindustrin, tillsammans med ditt intresse för kvalitet och förmågan att finna lösningar, kommer väl till pass då du förväntas bidra till vår fortsatta positiva utveckling.

I din roll arbetar du med kvalitetsverktyg, såsom 8D, m.fl., varför kompetens inom dessa värdesätts, liksom kunskap om ERP-system, tex Movex/M3.

Som person bör du vara trygg, kunna arbeta självständigt, ha förmåga att hantera stora flöden med information samt kunna hantera flera komplexa uppdrag parallellt. Du är kommunikativ, har en analytisk förmåga och är noggrann i ditt arbete. Engelskan förekommer i det vardagliga arbetet och därför ser vi att du behärskar både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

För att lyckas i rollen har du minst gymnasieexamen med teknisk inriktning eller relevant arbetserfarenhet inom kvalitet.

Som vår SMT Ingenjör kommer du få ett spännande och stimulerande uppdrag, där ingen dag är den andra lik.

Du kommer tillhöra ett team vars huvudansvar innefattar alla processer inom ytmontering på Veoneer, som i dagsläget är Norden största produktionsenhet inom SMT. I ditt processägarskap ansvarar du för att förbättra, effektivisera och säkra kvalitén i processerna mot både produktion och design.

What you'll do?
As a Production Quality Engineer, you will be working in a cross-functional production team where you will represent the quality process at the plant. Your main mission will be to lead and develop the quality process within assigned production area, as well as act as the quality responsible within the team.

You will also work with continues improvements and verification of processes within your production field together with the team according to legal, local and global standards. Performing internal process audits will also be a part of your work. This means that you will drive internal processes related to quality improvements, deviations as well as customer returns.

You will work proactively and support the production with problem solving and improvement related to the quality process. To do this, you will in addition, follow up production results related to internal errors and rejects and drive improvements.

Vad kommer du göra?
Som Production Quality Engineer kommer du ansvara för ett av våra expansiva produktionsområden på Veoneer. Där du ska leda och utveckla kvalitetsprocessen och säkerställa att externa kundkrav samt interna krav uppfylls.

Genom att arbeta med bl.a. interna processgranskningar, uppföljningar på produktionsutfall, analyser av data kommer du skapa och upprätthålla en effektiv och kvalitetssäkrad process. Du kommer leda förbättringsprojekt, driva 8D för både externa och interna reklamationer samt implementera och följa upp kvalitetsåtgärder, (PDCA).

Genom att stödja produktionen med problemlösning och förbättringar relaterade till kvalitetprocessen kommer du vara en nyckelperson för utfallet av effektivitetstal för produktionssiten.

To support Autoliv’s mission for Innovation development and development of Mobility Safety Solutions (MSS) Autoliv has established a new Supply Chain Management organization connected to the Global Innovation Center in Sweden. The global supply chain organization is responsible for purchasing and supplier quality activities in early product development and application projects for new business areas and markets. Furthermore, the organization provides logistics competence in early development phases and drives global process development for advanced supply chain activities to capture expanded opportunities for innovation. We are now searching for a Project Supplier Quality Engineer for the mobility safety area.

Assignments:
As Project SQ you work primarily with ensuring the quality of new or changed parts in feasibility studies, development, application and serial life projects. Together with purchasing, the task is to work to prevent quality deficiencies in pre-development and ongoing production at suppliers. You apply quality methods as PPAP, 8D, FMEA, control plans, herringbone diagrams and "5-why" to verify corrective measures at the supplier. In the event of ongoing changes, you are involved in feasibility reviews, drawing release and in the end you are responsible for signing an approved PPAP from the supplier. You proactively work with auditing suppliers. Together we work for improved standardized working methods and control methods.


Travels will be required.


In your assignment you will work in a global context reporting to the Global Supply Chain Innovation Manager located in Vårgårda Sweden. You will also be connected to the Corporate Supplier Quality organisation at Autoliv.

Qualifications for the position:
The position requires a bachelor’s or high school degree in Engineering or other related area, as well as knowledge in quality system management

What you'll do?
We’re now looking for a Customer Quality Engineer, that can be the voice for the customer on Quality topics as well as Claim Management and compliance of customer requirements. As our Customer Quality Engineer, you will also represent the company against the customer for quality issues.

Together with a small team of Customer Quality Engineers, you will be responsible to managing the customer claim process, which includes making decisions regarding short- & long-term corrective actions related to customer quality issues, as well as continuously monitoring the status. To do this, one of our main tasks will be to start up an 8D teams, who’ll troubleshoot and investigate customer claims. To learn more about the customers’ requirements you’ll continuously acquire knowledge from them and further inform and train these requirements internally.

Om Uppdraget

I uppdraget kommer du att befinna dig på ett företag inom Automotive och industrialiseringsbranschen där du har rollen som Production Quality Engineer (PQE). Fokus kommer ligga att arbeta med kvalitet och kvalitetsverktyg så som riskanalys (FMEA) och data analys. Har du även tidigare utbildning inom Six Sigma metodologin så är det en fördel i uppdraget.

What you'll do?
We are now looking for someone who is seeking new thrilling projects and assignments to sink their teeth in to. At Veoneer, you will be working in the next generation of modern electronic manufacturing as one of our new Production Quality Engineers. You will be working in a cross-functional production team where you will represent the quality process at the plant. Your main mission will be to lead and develop the quality process within assigned production area as well as act as the quality responsible within the team. You will also work with continues improvements and verification of processes within your production field together with the team according to legal, local and global standards. Performing internal process audits will also be a part of your work. This means that you will drive internal processes related to quality improvements, deviations as well as customer returns. You will work proactively and support the production with problem solving and improvement related to the quality process. To do this, you will in addition, follow up on production results related to internal errors and rejects and drive improvements.



What you'll bring
We believe that you are a person who, with your passion for quality engineering & management, are looking for new and exciting challenges within quality, manufacturing and electronics. You already have solid base knowledge within quality and quality tools such as risk assessment (FMEA), data analysis, and your previous training and experience within the Six Sigma methodology (preferable Green Belt level) is just the icing on the cake that you bring. We presume that you thrive in environments of constant learning and discovering new and improved ways of working within quality process. You enjoy working and communication cross-functionally in different projects and you understand how important the different functions are within the projects to be able to deliver on customer promises and excel in our way of working. What you'll do?
We’re now looking for a Customer Quality Engineer, that can be the voice for the customer on Quality topics as well as Claim Management and compliance of customer requirements. As our Customer Quality Engineer, you will also represent the company against the customer for quality issues.

Together with a small team of Customer Quality Engineers, you will be responsible to managing the customer claim process, which includes making decisions regarding short- & long-term corrective actions related to customer quality issues, as well as continuously monitoring the status. To do this, one of our main tasks will be to start up an 8D teams, who’ll troubleshoot and investigate customer claims. To learn more about the customers’ requirements you’ll continuously acquire knowledge from them and further inform and train these requirements internally.

You’ll also be responsible for managing customer audits and leading the follow-up/reporting of customer findings and corrective actions internally and against the customer. You’ll also participate in our internal audits, release products for production at reception of customer approval (PPAP).

What you'll do?
As the Operation Quality Manager, you’ll have a vital role at our manufacturing plant, were you’ll be responsible for the manufacturing quality. We are a high-volume, high-tech production plant and your main mission will be to lead and develop our production organization abilities to secure future and present quality requirements, supporting production capability according to financial frames. To your aid you’ll have Production Quality Group managers and engineers reporting to you. Together you will secure the high quality level required in our business.

Safety and quality are two of Veoneer’s key essences, both when it comes to our customers and our employees. As Operations Quality Manager you will set strategic goals to improve the quality and safety according to customers and Veoneer’s policies, standards and requirements. You are responsible to set way forward regarding ways of working, competencies and tools to secure that safety and quality risks are minimized and failure rates in our production are competitive.

In addition, you’ll work closely with the Production, and Product Maintenance functions both from an operational and strategic perspective, defining & follow up financial, human resource & performance targets. You’ll be a member of both the Quality and Operations Management teams and report directly to the Plant Quality Manager

What you'll bring
You are a person who is known to instill trust and encourage curiosity within your team knowing it can lead to more innovative improvements and solutions. You understand the different functions within the organization, their core processes and how they’re all linked together, see the full picture. With your and the teams competence and knowledge you’re able to make fast and clear decisions. This means that you have previous experience in Quality, Production, Process and Change Management, preferably within Automotive. You are known to monitor results (both quality and productivity levels) based on deadline, budget and goals.

You’ve got documented and strong management skills. You’re able to identify strategic challenges, find ways forward to overcome them and define clear goals, expectations and actions. You’ve got experience not only in coaching and inspiring individuals and teams, but also in communicating and negotiating with customers and management groups. This also means that you’re able to handle a conflict should it arise.

When you are confronted with an issue, you are known to ask “why” as a way to find the root cause and are used to different analytic methods in problem-solving. You make rational decisions that are based on facts and the task at hand.



Level (diploma) required:

- Engineering degree in Mechanical/Automation/Electronic

- Post-secondary education in Quality or Engineering is highly merited

What you'll do?
As a Product Analysis Engineer, you will be part of Product Analysis and Supplier Quality department, and focus mainly to help with analysis of customer returns and production outcome, support for production and test development to reach test coverage

This means that you’ll:

- Take responsibility on analysis matters and coordinate within Veoneer organization.
- Drive and manage minor root cause Projects
- Manage documentation and drive implementation of actions to prevent recurrence
- Reconnect to the development departments to ensure lessons learned
- Develop tests for special analysis cases

What you'll do?
We’re now looking for a Customer Quality Engineer, that can be the voice for the customer on Quality topics as well as Claim Management and compliance of customer requirements. As our Customer Quality Engineer, you will also represent the company against the customer for quality issues.

Together with a small team of Customer Quality Engineers, you will be responsible to managing the customer claim process, which includes making decisions regarding short- & long-term corrective actions related to customer quality issues, as well as continuously monitoring the status. To do this, one of our main tasks will be to start up an 8D teams, who’ll troubleshoot and investigate customer claims. To learn more about the customers’ requirements you’ll continuously acquire knowledge from them and further inform and train these requirements internally.

You’ll also be responsible for managing customer audits and leading the follow-up/reporting of customer findings and corrective actions internally and against the customer. You’ll also participate in our internal audits, release products for production at reception of customer approval (PPAP).
